Meet Jim Lorenzen

In almost every transaction that I am involved I am asked important financial questions like, "How much of a down payment should I make?"  "If I don't put all the money from the sale of my current residence on my new home what do I with the money?"  While I am not a financial advisor I am often in the position of advising my clients on what they should do in terms of their mortgage needs. I find that my clients often do not have a financial advisor in which they feel confident.  They ask me to provide the name of an independent professional I know and trust.  I've known Jim for over seven years and regard him as a consummate professional.   He's built quite a list of happy clients.  And, just for the record, I receive no compensation from his financings.  I just want my clients to have solid financial advice!
