Julia Wysong, Transaction Coordinator:  She answers our direct line and schedules appointments.  Julia also opens the loans and orders the appraisals.  Julia can handle any questions that may come up in the course of the transaction.  Communication with client and Realtors in all transactions is the main focus of her job.   









Ildiko O'Connor, Loan Processor:  Responsible for processing and following up with the clients on all outstanding conditions from the investor.  










Mona Simpson, Senior Loan Processor:  Responsible for reviewing, packaging and submitting the loan transaction to the investor.  Once the loan is approved and all conditions are received, she is responsible for ordering loan documents and getting them into escrow in a timely manner.
