I want to stop and thank you and your crew for all of the excellent help you people have offered me in realizing a longtime dream. Getting back into homeownership has been a goal of mine since my divorce. It is comforting to me to know that at long last, the roof we'll soon be sleeping under is going to be ours.
The professionalism you and your staff has shown me is tremendously appreciated, and I personally want to apologize to you for any part I may have played in our last minute understanding. Sorry I never got to call you Friday night after signing the papers. We had some things planned that night and took longer than expected getting the papers signed so we were in a rush. I do want to thank you for your patience and hopefully there are no hard feelings for words said Friday morning. I am sure you understood my concern, and I was in no way attacking your character, or good faith towards us. I am sure you understand our position, as we do yours, and hope that we can both learn from this experience. I know I have learned a great deal from this, and plan to use it in the future.
I truly want you to understand the gratitude and thanks that Teisha and I have for you in making this deal right, even though none of it was directly your fault. You are a good man Mike, and I have no doubt, that you are in this business, mainly because of your dedication to your customers, and the great responsibility, you take seriously, with each and every customer.
